Seeing one thousand signatures on this page feels surreal because my tuition money is currently paying for a lab I cannot even attend. I started this because I am tired of watching my friends struggle to pay for an education they are not receiving while the university refuses to treat its workers with basic human respect.

It is not fair that students get trapped in the middle of this. We pay for an education and if we dont get it the money should come back.
Im already broke from living in Toronto and if my semester gets ruined im gonna be even more screwed. REFUND OUR DUES.
TOTAL GARBAGE. we are paying thousands for empty lecture halls. pay up U of T.
CUPE deserves better pay but the university is just pocketing my money while the classes are sitting empty. enough is enough.
The school needs to stop playing games and pay the TAs fairly. They do all the work anyway. Pay us back if they walk out.
