The petition reached a meaningful threshold of support that warrants a formal meeting with the university administration. I am currently drafting a briefing document to present during this session to outline the long term financial benefits of a locked tuition rate. Documentation regarding similar successful programs at other universities is being compiled for the board of regents review.

Need some stability with these costs. Its getting way to hard to keep up with the hikes every single semester.
Hard to plan my budget when the cost jumps every year. This would be a huge help.
Tuition can vary from semester to semester and even leveling it out just a little could make a noticeable difference for students
Would help keep one more stress down.

PLEASE do this. I'm already working two jobs just to cover rent and the books are crazy expensive on top of that.
