Fixed tuition rates can help solve unexpected rises in the cost of college. Our proposal is that it should be a public policy for most colleges to have fixed tuition.What this does is this gives the students attending the college something to calculate. Something that they can look at and see if they have enough money saved up. It works like a guarantee to all of the students. A guarantee that the cost of their tuition will not go up for a set amount of years, allowing students a chance to plan for the future, and know what is coming.
