As a mother of a dufee student I was unaware that the bathrooms were locked however I can understand the safety aspect but if you are gonna lock the bathrooms they must be unlocked Before & After every class so that the children can relieve themselves so that it's not a disruption during class.

the bathrooms were locked when I went to Durfee. this really needs to change. kids need to use the rest room in between classes. open them up!

UNLOCK THE DA#N BATHROOMS... if staff cant control the things some students are doing or keep them from doing maybe y’all need some new people

Bathrooms are not a privilege, they’re a necessity. Students should be able to go to the bathroom whenever they need to. Durfee is impacting students’ health in a negative way by locking the bathrooms. It is not okay.

I am sure the school has issues with students who miss use the facilities, but the basic human needs must be addressed properly.

As someone who’s pregnant... having to go every 20 minutes is a no go when the bathrooms that are open are all the way downstairs.
