Freshers are given assignments ...they have no idea where to start...they dont have gadgets...many of them comes from disadvantaged backgrounds...they cant afford smartphones....how are they supposed to complete them without gadgets and books?
I THINK THE INSTRUCTION HAS TO FUND US AS SOON AS POSSIBLE BECAUSE WE AS FIRST YEAR STUDENT WE ARE UNABLE TO ATTEND ONLINE CLASSES ,WE CANT AFFORD TO BUY RESOURCES WE ARE UNABLE TO BUY LAPTOPS ,WE ARE STRUGGLING TO COPE WITH THE STRESS OF BEING LECTURED WITHOUT RECOMMENDED BOOKS.
We don't want allowances but we need allowances. We left home to stay around campus so that we can study effectively but we can't do that with empty stomach. Food allowances and book allowances now.
We need the allowence. Some of us are staying at turf in the rooms which must be paid monthly .. We cannot stay at home due to network problems. How are we gonna study without having a place to stay, without food. At least SRC just update us
As a ul student I come with serious concern about my allowance as I come from a poor background ,I only depends on Nfsas for school premises nd paying my rent .now I'm stressing about my april rent plus stationary for my academics as I've started with my classes

I'm an orphan and since February i haven't received any allowance because the university didn't give us the money due to the exceed of exams but now i need it more, i don't have food and i have to attend classes with my stomach empty, i don't know where to find money so that i can buy food.
