Respect the union. Respect the workers. Simple as that really.
I have lived in Dartford my whole life and seen how much pressure the staff are under. They arent just numbers on a spreadsheet. Sort it out.
UNISON needs to be at the table. These people keep our services running and they deserve fair representation.
ABOUT TIME. Keep it public!
The staff work hard for our town. They deserve to be heard and respected by the council. Stop trying to outsource everything.

so tired of the council acting like they know best while ignoring the people who actually do the work. let the union handle the negotiations.
