Chesterfield public employees make our town safer and better everyday. The Chesterfield Council doesn't think their workers deserve the basic workplace protections of a Union. The Chesterfield Council unilaterally ended the bargaining ordinance, essentially terminating their Union Contract and stripping their employees of their collective rights at work!
We support the people who serve the town of Chesterfield, day in and day out. We call on the Council to reverse their decision and restore Chesterfield public workers' workplace rights!

Shame on these Anti-Worker & Anti-Union Town Council members! They need to restore the workers rights to collectively bargain !
Throwing money at employees to get them to walk away from contractual protections is never good.
I been teamster for 15 years and joining the Teamsters was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made not only for me and my family but for the people I work for being a teamster means to be a professional and we strive to be good community people and good community leaders
Recognize your employees! They are the ones that make your community worth living in and too visit!
Keep the union for these hard working men and women. They deserve more than anyone knows. They put their lives on the line daily to protect the community.

I am a Chesterfield native Born and raised , also UWUA AFL-CIO Union member. Chesterfield is supposed to be a progressive town. leave the labor union alone find better ways to get money and OR save money Instead of destroying this small local union. As this should not be an option. #UNIONSTRONG
