The momentum is undeniable now. Trust leadership can no longer ignore this response.

Been hearing way too much about this lately. Keep the agenda for change in place or you will lose so many good staff to other trusts.
Enough is enough. We work hard enough as it is without them trying to cut our pay. Keep it national!
The trust needs to stop this nonsense now. National contracts are there for a reason and you cant just opt out to save a few quid.
Utterly disgraceful. My colleagues in other trusts deserve fair pay just like us. Don't be greedy!!
Stop messing with our conditions. Everyone is already burnt out. Leave it alone.

Total rubbish. Everyone knows regional pay is just a backdoor way to slash wages. Stick to the national deal.
