As a parent I feel the need for a wider choice in footwear. Only allowing black makes it very difficult to find the appropriate footwear for school

Any colour shoes should be acceptable! We aren't allowed scarves either but teachers are allowed? It shouldn't be one rule for one and another rule for the others! Not fair.

allowed to wear grey jumpers and black/white/grey hoodies in class at least. Any colour shoes (we should at least be able to express ourselves with that)

I think we should be allowed to wear any color shoes as we are still going to follow the clothing policy, so we should be allowed to have any colour shoes

As a pupil at tynecastle High I agree to this partition, I normally like to wear white shoes and fine it looks better in so many ways, than just wearing black.

I think that we should be able to wear they colours of shoes because if people's mums or dads can't afford them a pair of black shoes then they should be able to wear another colour of shoes and yes it may seem smart but I think that they should be able to wear different colourd shoes.

I feel that they need to change the uniform

I think we should be aloud to wear white shoes hoodies in class , polo shirts with the school badge on and leggings
