I've a friend who is obsessed with Seventeen and I'm pretty sure that she's going for their concert or so. I don't want her to feel upset just cause of this.

honestly really dissappointed at how they just decided on giving the second batch of cat1 ticket holders a rehearsal pass, without even making a official statement. this organisation who seemed nice/professional at the beginning has turned out rude/unprofessional when us carats asked then questions relating to this matter. like there's no reason for them to get so rude. really dissappointed with them

They were very unprofessional in replying fans' questions, and even resorted to blocking fans on Twitter. Their management was an entire mess and so is the trouble they're getting right now. I've never seen such rudeness coming from similar companies.

It was noted they change the seats due to the overwhelming amount of people wanting to purchase Cat 1, hence forth, the Cat 2 seats have been affected as well.

Tap you make a bad decision for changing the seats like wtf the previous plan was so much better why go change it for? If I sit in the back i won't be able to see my boys clearly and my height is freaking short too why make it so unfair to us?
