UNACCEPTABLE. total lack of respect for the fans who traveled from other countries. refund us or give us the access we paid for.
this is so unfair. we paid for the fanmeet and now we get nothing?? i traveled all the way here for nothing. fix this now.
seriously just do what you said you would do. stop breaking promises to your fans.
I spent a lot of money just so I could go to Germany and see the concert and now I get nothing? Where's my money or where are the performances? Why were they cancelled? I need answers.
180 euros is a huge amount of money for students. I saved for months for this vip ticket and now it feels like a total scam. Give us what you promised!
