The school board can no longer pretend this crisis is invisible because the momentum behind this demand is undeniable. Those bureaucrats in charge are ignoring the reality of our classrooms but they will have to answer for this systematic exploitation of teachers.

It is not fair to us as qualified educators to be taken for granted and paid less amount than other educators,people who are not educated they take us otherwise and our siblings think education is no longer good since we get paid less.
Government needs to revisit the issue of shortage of teachers and create posts to temporary hired teachers

Things need to change. We as unemployed teachers we need to be employed. We have qualifications, gives us opportunity to use them.

Mara why government doesn't take us those who has level5 permanently to teach grade r at school
It is not fair to us as qualified educators to be taken for granted and paid less amount than other educators,people who are not educated they take us otherwise and our siblings think education is no longer good since we get paid less.
