Keep them off the chains. It makes them mean and it just isnt right.
Living on a chain is no life for a dog. Vicksburg needs to do better by these poor animals. My heart breaks every time I drive past one stuck in a yard.
so cruel. people like this should not even own pets if they are just gonna leave them tied up all day in the heat.
Good luck getting this done. Vicksburg really needs this change.
I see these dogs every day and it makes me sick. chained up left to rot while the owners ignore them. ban the chains now.

Finally!! About time someone did something about this. A dog is meant to be part of the family not a lawn ornament.
