I don't think after he showed pictures proving him playing with different account, it is normal for him to be not allowed playing on next 5 tournaments.It's famous fact that steam has problems with keeping accounts safe, i've heard so many people that say their account is stolen.
I'm sure he is legit player.You will ask why? And i will answer. I can't say I'm the biggest fan of Simeon "Dream3r" Ganev but i wached a lot of his matches , there aren't any evidence! He is just a good player with perfect spray control! That's what he does in the official matches (he does this on streams, too ).
In my opinion dream3r has proved many times in offline tournaments that he is a skilled player who does not have the need of 3rd party programs to win versus strong teams.
His ban is really unfair because it wasnt him playing with hacks, valve even confirmed it was from a different IP because his account was hijacked!
mathend got unbanned, k0nfig has a vacced account and he has resolved his problem, robiin had something similar and its resolved... #UNBANDREAM3R
