After reading the ban records, this seems rather a silly thing to permaban anyone for. May I suggest that this Mikers loses his mod privileges.
tf2center is known for its unfair bans, I don't see why cdud should be permabanned.
Permaban for minor trolling is just way to harsh. Especially for an old player who never caused any trouble.
