This petition is to be signed by those who have, will or who are currently participating or spectators of Belleville Citizen's Park Adult Softball Leagues. This petition declares the ongoing an unresolved dissatisfaction with the actions, attitude and performance of Umpire Bob and desire for his dismissal from city league games.
