The emails I continue to receive about games ruined by bad calls are exhausting to read but they keep me moving forward. I am currently working to get a sit-down with the parks department to show them exactly why this environment is no longer sustainable for any of us.

When I play 2nd base he stands too close behind my left shoulder and has interfered with play and caused problems going for a ball because I nearly collided with him. He is too close during play & it's distracting.
Remove umpire Bob from the Belleville Citizen's Park Adults Softball immediately. He should be punished for his wrongful actions. He had clearly discriminated Steve Andell, whose primarily rely on sign language, to communicate with the umpire. The umpire shouldn't have hit him violently in any way.
He causes more problems out there then helping. Talks to players like trash and cusses at them but you cant say a word to him and he will get you bounced. Ridiculous, worst official out there EVER!!!
Umpire Bob swung at me hitting my head and arm. Went to league to complaint and all they said I'm to blame because I tap his shoulder? He's a power hungry bully in that position. Need to removed him before he snapped again and hurt someone again.
My first time of his unprofessionalism was this recent summer. He kept blowing the strike calls and displeasure was evident on my face. After an inning, he ran up to me and said "don't tell me how to do my job". I've never had that happen nor have I seen that happen anywhere else.
Bob may have a touch of schizophrenia... sometimes nice, sometimes not, often turning on a dime and with little reason. Threatening to toss a pitcher from a game for pitching badly is not cool.
Unprofessional disrespectful and should be removed from the league

Bob's attitude this year has been unacceptable. We are all out there to have a good time. However, Bob's negative stance on most issues during the games, has put a dark cloud over the league. It's not fun when you have to worry about what kind of mood this particular ump will be in every time you go out on the field with him. I'm all for giving him a second chance if the Parks and Rec Director, Ms. Belleville, would actually hold him, along with other umps, accountable for their actions. But after a recent conversation with her, I do not believe that is an option they will entertain.
