- For Spring 2021 final exams, many of the students can't come on campus to take the exam. Reasons vary from not being in Georgia, not being vaccinated, etc. This petition aims to show the number of students favouring online exams. All signatures are by UG students. I checked my phone and honestly I had to sit down because I really did not think this would take off like a rocket ship. It feels like everyone is finally talking about how impossible travel is right now and I am just staring at the screen trying to process that people actually care about this.

The count is creeping toward 500 and honestly I keep refreshing the page like a maniac because this momentum is actually kind of wild. If you know someone who is still stuck out of state or just stressed about the travel logistics get them to look at this now because we need to hit that milestone before the administration meeting starts.

I'm not in georgia and there is no way I can come back soon and even then its not safe at all, your epidemiologist is unqualified if they think all the students entering and doing their exam during a pandemic is safe
You said its offline because in georgia its informal to have online, but why only this university is offline? All other georgian universities are doing online are you saying only you are correct? And that other universities are informal?
Over here on Saudi Arabia we can’t travel unless we have got two Vaccination dose as I know and the second one supposed to be in the late august or September that’s beyond the final exam Therefore Attending the exam on the campus will be much hard to accomplish
I scared from Corona i have some people die from it, every one have to take vaccines first then its will be possible to do it offline I have High respiratory sensitivity and this is what makes me more vulnerable to diseases so I can't do it offline at all
I’m in India presently and as you know, it’s a very hard situation over here with the double mutation and black fungus. I can’t travel because airports are closed. I want to stay back and protect my elderly parents in this harsh situation.

It’s inappropriate for us to carry out studies online and write exams on campus. Besides, it’s not safe, thanks

Such a dangerous and irresponsible decision. Who is your epidemiologist? Do they not see the increasing number of cases, we the students do not accept this and we have rights you cannot force us to either fail or risk our health and livelihood
