I've read through the whole case summary and cannot understand why this poor man was sentenced to jail in the first place - complete miscarriage of justed. Appalled at the uk's efforts to release an innocent victim

I believe that Uday Joshi is a victim of a severe miscarriage of justice and his case should have another hearing. He should also be allowed home leave , its a deplorable situation for him
Uday Joshi is a nice person. I will never believe he would do something like this. He is a family man, a great trustworthy friend. We know him for more than 40 years. Madan (Madhu) And Sandhya Rugwani
This whole thing is just so wrong. Uday doesnt deserve this and the truth needs to come out finally. Just let him go home.
