1. Dear Rent the Runway,

We are perhaps some of your most loyal customers. Being on TV, we rely on your service day in and day out, even through the pandemic--given the unique position we are in when it comes to constantly having to switch up our wardrobes. Many of us have enjoyed the unlimited swap plan for years as it has given us versatility and variety in our on-air style while also being environmentally conscious. We help make up the 6 percent that rents 16+ items a month and we’ve LOVED your service. With the current unlimited plan, we’re able to strategically time our rentals so that we can try out new looks nearly everyday.

That said, we are devastated by the news about rental plans changing in 2021. The new 16 item per month plan would mean we’d spend more, and get substantially less for our money. Right now, we’re able to rent far more items monthly. We don’t want to cancel our memberships, but this new plan just wouldn’t make much sense for us.

We’re hoping by expressing our disappointment in this decision, we can work together to find a solution.
