Since homeownership began in Holbrook Village, our bylaws required us to outsource our HOA board until we reached a capacity of 75%. Over the years, we have seen very little action by this HOA board, leaving many homeowners frustrated by unanswered emails and phone calls, and unresolved issues in our community.

In the Spring of 2023, we received an email from the HOA board informing us that it is now time for us to takeover by electing a board. However, despite multiple requests for more information and nominations being sent in, they have not followed through.

Upon recent review of the annual budget, I found that we are paying this management company $10,368 every year for them to manage our community and not resolve any of our issues. Enough is enough.

I am asking all the homeowners to please sign this petition, demanding that our Homeowners Association be turned over to us immediately.
