Last Saturday 18th July, traffic was backed up St Joseph's Road to Tuckey's Hill all because of the traffic lights. It's simply not working. Sign this petition to show Cork County Council that you want the traffic lights turned off completely.

These traffic lights are a joke! Ridiculous to have traffic backed up at Joseph's road at 8am during summer months and all this before they go putting a school at the top of the road!! I mean seriously!
Lights need to go but we will still need a zebra crossing to cross the road at the end of town as it is very dangerous with children in the Spa / Clockhouse area but traffic is ruining the town .
In recent period when lights were temporarily turned off, I experienced no traffic problems at all..that speaks for itself. Discarding turn left lane out of Main St. onto The Spa has compounded the issue. Let us residents get on with it
As a motorist I think their an absolute joke. I always avoid the town now if I can and rarely do any shopping any Mallow, so I can only imagine those from outside the town completely avoid it also over the lights. Admit your mistake and simply turn them off.
Turn off the lights they are a disaster people are boycotting mallow and going to cork to do there shopping which is less than a 30 min drive better than sitting in the tail backs in mallow

These traffic lights have ruined this town. Why won't you listen. I know people love to have a moan but go down to the applegreen every morning at 8.30 for a week and take a look. It's actually happening. The traffic is at a standstill for 45 minutes.
