The City of Daphne is building a new Sports Complex that will include new baseball fields for our kids. However, the current plan is that all the fields, including the ones designated for our Daphne Youth Baseball League, will consists of dirt infields. Please consider signing this Petition which we will present to the City Council next Tuesday, September 6, 2016, in support of our request that the City install grass infields. With your help, we can hopefully convince our City Council that our kids should have the opportunity to play baseball as it was intended - On Grass Infields!

Grass is safer and looks way better. why do we always go for the cheap option in this town?

My son plays in the league and those dirt fields are gonna be a nightmare for drainage. Just put the grass in.
