We,the undersigned, do hereby request the termination/resignation of the contract of Trinity College Professor Johnny Eric Williams. Williams has a well documented series of posts on Facebook and a speech on YouTube which advocate the use of hate speech and violence.
The postings linked by the hashtag #LetThemF___ingDie should not and cannot be tolerated by the greater Trinity community. Additionally, his September 5th, 2017 speech at Trinity foments racial bias and division as well as tacitly rationalizing the allowance of violence in St. Louis and Baltimore.
We urge President Sweeney and the Board of Trustees to reconsider their decision to look the other way,uphold the integrity of the college and ask Professor Williams to clear out his desk and take his hate somewhere else.

This is reprehensible and it wouldn't be tolerated for 24 hours if it were a white professor calling for violence toward blacks. THIS is not education. This is indoctrination. End it. Now.
This Professor is obviously a fire starter, we need peace makers teaching and mentoring not those who out of hate seek to divide this country, it's that simple, he needs to go!
Extremely disappointed in Trinity no action in regards to Johnny Eric Williams behavior. I strongly believe in free speech but their is no place for hate. If you cannot express yourself in a professional way you have no place at any Collage.
"My name's Johnny Williams and I hate white people" - first words said in Sociology 101 class "You're a racist pig" said to female student who had said nothing previously - Dramatic grading differences and student relations based on race
I am ashamed that a man who acts vocally in such a way will be 'welcomed' back on campus this spring. As a senior at Trinity, I am truly disappointed in my school's administrative efforts to manage this situation. I hope to never see Mr. Williams teaching at Trinity again.
Racist dirt bag should never have a teaching degree. Fire the racist, evil, disgusting excuse for a human being now.
I will not give Trinity time, money or energy until both Professor Williams and President Barger-Sweeney are gone.

What this professor is doing is against everything I believe. I am getting ready to apply to colleges and Trinity will NOT be on my list. This is sad because I had originally considered this school.
