many people deal with depression and need a dog for their mental stability. And so a dog park would not only be beneficial for the dog but the owner as well.
thief river needs an off leash dog park. I had recently moved her to thief River falls and when I take my dog for a walk I notice so so many people have dogs. So I feel that a dog park would definitely get used here.
my lab has way too much energy and the backyard isnt enough. we need somplace safe to let him go crazy for a bit.
Yes pls! Been wanting this for years. Would be so nice to meet other dog owners in town while the pups play.

I do not live in TRF but I travel to shop. I like shopping in towns with dog parks. I also think it would be a great idea for travelers as I also spend an occasional night in hotels to shop.
