Traditional lock boxes are an eyesore and archaic. The ability to break into them, especially in a condo setting is alarming. From forgetting to scramble the codes to just searching other lock boxes to see what codes have been tried there, it’s far too easy to access lock boxes without authorization. With digital lockbox technology employed in many other boards across North America, it’s time we get on board.
