I honestly did not think this would gain this much steam so quickly but here we are and it is just wild to see so many people actually seeing the danger on the road like I do every single morning. It feels like people are finally paying attention to how fast cars fly by the crossing and I am just sitting here staring at the screen in total shock because this feels like a real step toward keeping the kids safe.

This is absolutely necessary, too many careless drivers up this street of late ...
Chicane management scheme would b e good, plus a mini roundabout where Market st and Swallow house lane meet. This would stop cars cutting the corner when turning right from Glossop Rd.
Car s go far to fast on this Rd ,very dangerous for children as there is a school at the bottom
I would like to see some form of chicane speed management introduced. I would also like the corners of the roads joining Swallow House Lane either double yellowed or zig zagged to prevent parking and blocking the view of the junctions onto Swallow House Lane. Specifically The Glade which I've seen a number of beer misses with children running out from behind parked cars.
Certainly needed along by the school, but I feel that traffic along the whole length of Swallow House Lane, Thornsett Lane and Sitch Lane is often far too fast.
Some traffic calming is definitely necessary .

Turning right out of Wood Gardens can be dangerous as some cars and vans are travelling way too fast on Swallowhouse Lane.
