A parking ban has been passed for Trade Street. The business owners were not asked for input or even informed that this decision was being considered. This will effect all business's, customers, employees who conduct business on Trade Street. This will force owners, employees, customers, teens, women, men, elderly, and handicapped to park away from their destination...day and night...in over crowded unlit parking lots.
