As a resident at Town Westshore a main reason that I loved this complex was because all of the courtyards were so dog friendly. How lovely that you could have your dogs not on a leash. Since the new regulation of having to have all dogs on a leash in the courtyards there of been multiple instances where our dogs have gotten wrapped up in the leashes and it has become a dangerous situation for them. It’s crucial to be able to let dogs run and get all their energy out to ensure that they are calm within their living quarters. This petition is to help corporate understand that dog owners were sold this property because of how dog friendly the community was at the time. Please release one of the courtyards as a dog friendly courtyard where dogs can play off leash, erect a fence within a courtyard or provide a set schedule so that the agreements spoken about can be honored.
