We submitted the petition, with the required minimum 30 signatures, to Tower Hamlets Council last week and we're pleased to inform you that they have today accepted the petition which will be 'noted' at the next Full Council Meeting on the 8th October 2025.
To have any chance of getting this petition discussed by the council at the next Full Council Meeting on the 8th October we need 2,000 signatures!

You cant be neutral either you stand for humanity or you stand with the illegal state of Israel and genocide.
I urge the council to take moral accountability and condemn the violent atrocities and ongoing genocide taking place in Palestine against the Palestinian people, as well as the support provided by the UK.
When international law is trampled with impunity, it falls to communities like Tower Hamlets to refuse normalisation of Israel’s violence and complicity in genocide.
We stand united on the right side of history, to create a permanent reminder that never again means never again!
