The St. Joseph County comprehensive tobacco ordinance includes all restaurants and bars in the County, putting an end to secondhand smoke inhalation in St. Joe County and thereby protecting the health of all workers and patrons. The St. Joseph County comprehensive tobacco ordinance was signed by Representative Mike Kruk and introduced to the County Council on November 9, 2010. It has been assigned to the Human Services/Criminal Justice Committee. The Council will meet again on November 23, 2010 to discuss the ordinance. Please show your support and sign the petition!
