Why was this Hospice closed my sister and best friend both needing Hospice care will have to travel to Gosforth or Sunderland for end of life palliative Care .
This facility should never have closed. It is imperative that it is re-opened and maybe run by a better team.
Local palliative care should be a right, please support St. Clare's.
We have all left someone in the good care provided by St Claire's Bring it back
this hospice is vital to the community

I'm signing this petition as I feel very strongly that Palliative is so important for families at the end of a loved one's life.
