WHEREAS In recent months many vehicles in the Winona community have been broken into in the middle of the night.
WHEREAS In recent months many residents have had personal property stolen from their vehicles and/or had their vehicles damaged.
WHEREAS As a result of the increase in vehicle break-ins many residents are afraid for their personal property and well-being.
We the undersigned petition Chief Eric Girt and the Hamilton Police Services to increase the police presences between the hours of 11:00pm and 6:00am in the community of Winona.
