Malta has been and still is operating outside EU Law, For Over 10 years, despite EU Funds and agreements. operating a punishing, inhumane, shocking, filthy unhygienic,,abusive establishment,, and on every account violating all basic human rights. A deliberate unhealthy environmental operation for financial gain, locking up women, naked, in cells,with no care, and obviously no nurses . This Asylum is not a hospital it is a punishing ground used by doctors profiteering and family to dispose of family,which is against EU law.This sector has not Spent EU Money on it , except by introducing excessive staff who are unqualified and who's jobs entail sitting on their mobiles,all day, tantalizing patients who are stripped and banned from mobiles and Internet. Also unlawful. Malta, whilst pro-porting to be ahead in the health sector in Europe by shuffling Mental Health funds to other arenas in The Health Sector, has continued to act in appropriately over the last 10 years using Cohersion and violence, physical and mental abuse, in its highest form, whilst receiving direct EU Mental health acts,and funds, negating them, and profiteering whilst destroying lives. The buildings are also against all EU regulations pertaining to safety and health, and basic hygiene.
