A lot of the kids want an area to play soccer or cricket in the building. We would really like the children in the condo to be able to use the basketball court as a multi purpose court and request the MCST to allow for the same.

The scale of this support has secured us a formal meeting with the management office to discuss the court usage policy. I am currently drafting a proposal that outlines the conversion requirements and safety protocols for our pitch. Expect an update once the council provides their official response to these terms.

Kindly allow the basketball court to be used for other sports as well. Currently there is no place for older children to play sports except near the driveway which is dangerous
Kids need a flat ground surface for free play, scooter, soccer or just to play catch. The entire condo is full of uneven ground surface with slippery grass which is highly unsafe to play on. Also the basketball court is hardly ever used.
