Have you struggled to find a place to park downtown as you shop your favorite local merchants? The current commercial park regulations, if enforced consistently, would help ensure that more parking is available for visiting shoppers.
By signing this petition, you are asking the Towanda Borough Council to provide fair enforcement of the current ordinance. Additionally we are seeking the Council to consider modifying the ordinance so repeat violations would be discouraged.
