Timnath Needs Reliable Cellular Service

We keep loosing our signal and calls drop.

Calling over wifi is NOT the answer! I am about to evaluate other providers

Calls in my residence are either lost, or they cannot hear me by either very poor reception or mumbled. Calls are lost outside my residence as well. Service has dramatically dimished and is getting worse.

Service is usually great everywhere else I need it, just not at home :)

Very weak signal (1 to 2 bars only) everywhere in and around my house and neighborhood. Caller and receiver lose reception almost constantly.

Please improve your service to our area. We have been a Verizon customer for years and the poor reception in our area is very frustrating.

Coverage area is horrible in and around Timnath. Would respectfully ask VERIZON fix the issue.

It does not seem right that we pay for service that is "iffy" at best. What happens when we have an emergency and cannot get a call out to responders?

Our calls are constantly dropped, or the connection is so poor that the person on the other end of the phone call cannot make out at all what we are trying to say. This happens, not only in our house, but also as soon as we enter the neighborhood. We have even tried utilizing the WiFi option to make calls on our cell phones, to no avail. We would greatly appreciate better cell phone coverage with the addition of a tower, or something, to aid in making our phone calls as we only have our cell phones and do not have any land line to rely on.

Verizon service in timnath lacks reliability and clarity. Can't make any call from inside my house.

I have had Verizon for personal and business for as long as I can remember but I am thinking of switching service providers. The connection here is terrible and I loose calls or I am told they can not here me. One thing for a personal call. Another when your business involves conference calls weekly.

Horrible phone service.

We have many dropped calls and poor connections. We do not have a land line and depend on cell coverage for everything. Looking for better options.

I switched to T-Mobile in December of 2017. I am over 55 and they have a can't beat deal for folks like me and my spouse. $60 flat per month for 2 lines, 50GB of data, as well as other benefits like using the phone without astronomical charges worldwide. They are part of Duesche Telecom. At that time the local rep in Fort Collins told me that T-Mobile took over a cell phone tower lease in Windsor from Verizon. Verizon's service has gone downhill while T-Mobile's has been getting better in our area. I have no issues in Timnath with T-Mobile.

Calls get dropped all the time in our house let alone pulling out of our driveways.

Cell phone service at home is critical to my profession. If Verizon cannot provide acceptable service, I will be forced to switch providers.

We have dead zones in different places on our property.
