We have Verizon for our wireless phones and the reception in our house is bad - we basically can't take or make phone calls. We turned on wifi phone with no improvement. We have had to get a landline out of frustration and concern for our safety. Please fix this.

Verizon service is VERY hit and miss throughout Timnath. At my house it is usually 1-2 out of 4 bars.

As a resident on the north side of Harmony subdivision, we have been very frustrated by the lack of signal as we are within one mile of our house and within our house. I would estimate that 3 of 4 calls are dropped completely as I drive through Timnath and onto Buss Grove near the water tower. The service has gotten worse since the water tower was installed. We contacted Verizon at that time and they said they would 'look into it'. Nothing has improved. Thanks for bringing this to Verizon's attention through this petition of citizens

We have also been with Verizon for a very long time. Our service when we first moved to Timnath was great and then in 2014 something changed. Since then our service has not been good at all. In fact we had to get and extender in order to take or place calls in our own home. This is only a bandaid and is not what I would expect. This is the service that my employer provides as well and I telework. The service is poor from Harmony Rd down three bell, all around Timnath Ranch and then into the school that my wife teaches at in Windsor. I have a colleague that lives in Windsor and experiences dropped calls frequently while telework. Something needs to be done in our area to support the growth and safety of our community.

I have lived all over Nothern Colorado since moving here in 99 and have been with Verizon since moving here. Love the service. Moved my family to Timnath ranch and my office to downtown Windsor. Horrible service from my driveway to my office. As a business owner I am on the phone most of the day especially on my commute. With all the growth we are experiencing I am surprised this petition is necessary.
Verizon, we recognize that you have the best service in the general area and have great customer service. Please take this petition seriously so we can find something else to complain about in our neighborhood.
