Rarely a day goes by where I don't have a call dropped whether it is on the drive home or simply visiting with someone in my yard or garage. I have been frustrated for years with the service and it has only been magnified over the past few months. I have been without a landline for over 15 years (all the time with Verizon) and have never had such bad cell coverage as I do now. I will have no choice but to change carriers if this does not get fixed soon.

We went through the Verizon troubleshooter on their website when we kept getting every call dropped shortly after we bought the service from the local Costco (in Timnath!). That helped, but we still only get 1 maybe 2 bars in our house.

Our phones drop calls regularly. We bought a extender a year or two ago from Verizon and that didn't help either. We keep a landline just because of this.

I travel all over Northern Colorado and service in Timnath is a bad as anywhere.

We do not have a land line and my phone service is unreliable. I often work from home and it drops calls in the middle of meetings and recently I had a call from school regarding my kids and I couldn't call them back.

We have been Verizon customers for many years and the service in Timnath is horrible! I have horrible reception and dropped calls all the time at my house. It is SO frustrating since we pay a lot of money every month for this service!

We have been with Verizon for many years and never had a problem with coverage until we moved back to Colorado recently. It is particularly annoying when I am driving home from Fort Collins and my calls get dropped multiple times as I get closer to my home in Timnath Ranch. In the past, we have stuck with Verizon even though there are better deals out there with other carriers because of Verizon's superior coverage. Since moving to Timnath Ranch, that is no longer a good reason to stay with them.

This is much needed. It is unsafe for people who rely primarily on cell service to have spotty coverage. This could leave you unable to get a signal in an emergency, not only at home but in neighborhood parks with children.

The service provided by Verizon in and around Timnath is practically not existent. Please address this issue or I will be forced to switch providers. I need to have service for my business and to reach my son on his gizmo.

I don’t live directly in Timnath, but close enough to it. Most of the time you never get out of 3G and phone calls drop in minutes. I completely agree that this issue needs to be fixed. We’ve even called Verizon directly before and they did absolutely nothing about it.

Service on Verizon is very poor around Bethke School. Summerfield's parkway, River pass road and Twin Bridge road. Impossible to talk in there areas as calls are always dropped. Cell service is fine at my home a mile away so don't know why it is so bad in the stated area. Verizon this is unacceptable! Please fix it.
