my cat was run over and the diver did not stop she was lift in the road . i want to change the law so if you run over a cat you should have to report it . if you run over a dog you have to report it so why not the same for a cat . cat's are pets just as the same as a dog so the law should be the same..

My poor cat went through this last year and the driver just drove off like she was trash. So unfair that dogs get protection but cats dont matter. Please change this.
