Also the Chief of Security at OCCC, Thomas Evans, who is big supporter of Nolan Espinda. How can someone with so much accusations by women at almost every facility he has been shipped to, get to keep his job, he was at the Women's Correctional Center, at Waiawa Correctional, and now at OCCC. He is toxic and running that place to the ground. The perimeter of the prison is rotted out and falling down, with pieces of wood holding it up. It is just a matter of time before a big riot and that fence won't be able to keep the inmate in. The morale is horrible, and who can blame the employees for not wanting to come to work. These are all the people that need to be held accountable.

Also I need to add that working for the HPA is so much worse then any job I have ever had. The top heads Fred Hyun (or however you spell it), Tommy Johnson, Andrew Morgan and Corey Reincke are idiots. Tommy Johnson filed an investigation on me for calling out sick. I went to my doctors office at 0830 then I went to the capital to testify in the audit last year. I was called in by Morgan and Reincke and served the investigation saying I lied and misrepresented myself by calling out sick. During the “findings” I presented my doctors note and my doctor even gave a copy of the sign in sheet for the day with my name in it but Andrew refused to take it. Essentially I was found guilty with a blemish in my PAS. WHAT A BUNCH OF INEMPT INDIVIDUALS BUT ALL LOYAL TO NOLAN.

So I did an interview on KGMB on Wednesday 3/03/19 with others about why Nolan should not be confirmed. Then I went to the confirmation hearing and testified against his nomination along with two other “workers”. Did you see all the people that testified in support of Nolan? All yes men. Individuals that have a chance to lose their jobs if he is not reconfirmed. Wardens, deputy directors, “the sheriff” and heads of state departments. All the individuals that have posted on this site thank you for being honest. We know the truth. There are two more hearings on Tuesday and Thursday being the decision. Please keep posting. I will state this as I have been a very vocal opponent about Nolan as the director and what an incredibly poor job he has done. If he is reconfirmed then I want him and all of his yes men to please try to keep intimidating and retaliating against me PLEASE!!!! If some of you did not know they took my weapon away from me in 2014. They never took my badge or powers of arrest. I returned to work after rehab in September of 2014. I continued to work cases (as an investigator) and made arrests without my weapon until the end of 2016 when Nolan job searched me. In that meeting with him, Colleen miyasato, my union rep and senator espiro Nolan told me if you win your grievance we will give you back your badge and gun. I looked him in the eye and pulled out my wallet and said I have always had my badge. He told Colleen to stay behind and in the next week Cummings served me a letter stating that I needed to turn in my badge and credentials and that I never had police powers since 2014....this was December 2016!! I was assigned cases by Cummings from Nolan in 2015 one in particular at OCCC. I have the emails but Nolan, Renee and Cummings acted like that never happened. All good I have the reports and again the emails. Get them all out of office. The unfortunate thing is I work in the same building as two of them as well as Jodie maesaka Hirata (who

This is like having Plumbers in charge of a Surgical team or a Dentist leading Firefighters. Makes no sense. Typical Hawaii Cronyism!

I do not support Nolan ESPINDA and his cause, because he does not support the Sheriffs. And does not have our best interest in mind. As all the past leaders that have come from the Corrections side of the house. His interest falls with Corrections and Corrections only. All he ever talks about is what he has done for Corrections. And without any type of law enforcement experience how can he support a law enforcement entity. Also look at the individuals that he has put into place to lead the Sheriffs division. All of which who have no law enforcement qualifications what so ever. And no years of "EXPERIENCE" does not court without proper TRAINING!

As a law enforcement officer for 30 years, Mr. Espinda tried to give us away to DOT and express his concern that he could careless about the Law Enforcement side of the Department.

PSD needs new leadership. Retaliation, nepotism, lies, favoritism, runs rampant in this administration. The damages at MCCC is over $5 Million. Who will end up paying for that? People should know what really happened at MCCC, not what the department is telling the media. The men and women in MCCC risked their lives, and nothing was mentioned about that!

Should be phone numbers in this petition so we can all call the people in charge and let them know what the people want!

What a bunch of children here! I'm highly trained in buffet. Though I could never pass any type of Law Enforcement or Corrections training remember that I am still your boss and will do what I see fit. You will all be fired for your insubordinate behavior!
