I have kept abreast of Hans' interesting initiatives/achievements for a long time. I was a volunteer in the Wynns Safari 1985.
Hans is a true inspiration to all of us working in renewables. His work on the solar challenge changed everything.
He deserves this recognition for the trees alone. Glad to see him getting the credit he earned.
Still remember watching the quiet achiever as a kid. Absolute pioneer.
