March 24th 2015, the El Dia in Santa Cruz published a document signed by Frank Herrera’s secretary. Frank Herrera was the alcade (Mayor for my friends up north) of Samaipata and is currently running for re-election. The document establishes Samaipata’s intent to hire Montenegro to act as a security guard for the town of Samipata.
What city in their right mind hires a incarcerated rapist to protect their town? What kind of leader of a community puts future women’s safety in jeopardy? Frank Herrera does.
Thus, we ask you that if you care about your sisters, wives, and daughters, please alert the powers that be that hiring a rapist to protect their city is not acceptable, and sign this petition.
El 23 de noviembre de 2014, Montenegro JE me tiró al suelo con su amigo Luis Flores para mostrar el hermano pequeño de Luis a violar como lo han hecho durante muchos años en Samaipata. Montenegro fue profesional en su ataque. Se acercó a mi derecha y lo escuché cuando estaba demasiado cerca. Incluso si tuviera pimienta listo para ir, lo que atacó, habría rocié lo en mi propia cara. Frank Herrera fue el alcade (alcalde de mis amigos del norte) de Samaipata y es actualmente candidato a la reelección. El documento establece la intención de Samaipata a contratar a Montenegro para actuar como un guardia de seguridad para la ciudad de Samipata.
¿En qué ciudad en sus cabales contrata a un violador encarcelado para proteger a su pueblo? ¿Qué clase de líder de una comunidad pone la seguridad futura de las mujeres en peligro? Frank Herrera hace.
Así, te pido que si te preocupas por tus hermanas, esposas e hijas, por favor, alertar a los poderes fácticos que contratar a un violador para proteger su ciudad no es aceptable.
