I just blinked and saw the counter hit two hundred and fifty which is honestly just wild considering I started this on a whim after a quiet Tuesday set. My coffee is cold now but I honestly do not even care because seeing so many people wanting to keep folk music alive in this corner of Kings Cross is just the best feeling ever.

I was looking at the screen and realized how far this has moved and honestly I am just pacing around my living room because it feels like someone is finally listening to us. Seeing all these people show up for a local pub that has hosted so many nights of music is honestly a bit overwhelming in the best way possible.

The amount of stories people are sharing about nights at the Harrison is just wild honestly and it really reminds me why we even started this whole thing in the first place. I have been pinging emails off to the council offices all morning but it honestly feels like shouting into a void because nobody wants to say anything on the record yet.

Kings cross is losing its soul. this place is a gem and needs to be protected.
The harrison is the heart of the area. stop killing off all the good music pubs in london!

I have been going there for years. where else are we supposed to go for decent live music that isnt a generic chain?
