Here at The Gift Doctor in Civic, we have prided ourselves at being able to offer a high standard of goods at a value price to the community of Wythenshawe and visitors to the centre. We have many customers that return to our kiosk regularly, the repeat custom we love shows us that our customer service is of a high standard and that the goods we are selling are in line and relevant with the wants and needs of our valued customers. We have come up against a bit of a hurdle and want for YOU, our valued customers to express your opinion in the matter. Do you think we offer a varied, yet substantial set of goods Do you like that we offer the chance for you to come into us and purchase not only the gift but also the greetings card & wrapping paper alongside other items such as banners & balloons if you require. Is this making your life easier Or would you like to see us lose the greetings cards and party items and stick to the gifts alone........... We are currently in the process of fighting a case against us to do just that, Manchester Markets are trying to stop us from selling these items and if we do not agree then we risk losing our license and the jobs of the staff.
