Save our artisan market - we need your help!
The Artisan market within The Ashley centre in Epsom is ending last week of September and we don’t want to lose this special community space. Especially with the Christmas trade approaching.
Our market isn’t just about shopping - it’s about:
- Supporting local makers, artists & small businesses and the local community
- Bringing something unique & creative to the shopping centre
Visitors come specifically for the Artisan market, which benefits surrounding shops, businesses and cafes.
Please sign below to show your support for keeping the Artisan market within The Ashley Centre shopping centre in Epsom.
This affects our charity Age Concern Epsom & Ewell as well. The stall at Christmas is a major fundraiser to support all our services. Our incredible volunteer knitters beaver away making lovely Christmas gifts.

So many people I know love this market. Great for gifts and is perfect for locals to shop for Xmas. It's important that Epsom support small businesses.. For some stall holders this is a big part of there income.

These small stores are far more useful at any gift time such as Xmas .More useful than Primark will ever be .The Ashley centre as a shopping destination is becoming useless overpriced posh shops or cheap and nasty like Primark. We need haberdashery / fabric / wool etc. There are empty units ,how about moving the small sellers into the empy units if not wanted in the middle .

The market is a great attraction and we purposely visit town for it. We won't be visiting purposely for Primark! Please keep the market.

It would be a terrible shame to lose the stalls, they offer a unique shopping experience and create a great atmosphere, especially when shopping centres can be to soul-less!

This would be a real shame - I go to Epsom specially for the artisan market - it’s something different and so important to support small businesses
