Once known as the longest log flume in the world, The Flume is a log flume at Alton Towers in Staffordshire. It opened in 1981 and is their second oldest attraction.

Recently Alton Towers are getting rid of a lot of rides and it seems that The Flume may be next.

I have been coming to Alton Towers since I was a young child and The Flume has always been one of my most favourite rides there and I believe it is the best log flume in the UK. I love the amazing themeing, the music and the overall experience of the ride. It is so unique and and amazing family attraction, if they got rid of it Alton Towers wouldn't be the same.

I am asking for help to stop the closure of such an amazing and unique family attraction.
