You may or may not be aware that due to complaints from a neighbour who lives at the back of the beer garden, the Council is now reviewing the premises license of The Club. The main complaints are to do with the amount of noise and general disorder coming from the beer garden and also the fact that people trying to climb over gardens to get into the Club for free! THIS HAS GOT TO STOP, why should everyone else suffer for the behaviour of a few idiots The worst case scenario could be that they revoke the license which means THE CLUB WOULD HAVE TO SHUT! DO NOT LET THIS HAPPEN!!! If the Club closes, then there will be almost NO NIGHTLIFE in Whitchurch and you will be forced to travel out of town EVERY WEEKEND. Not only will this cost everybody more money, but this would also have a huge knock on effect on all the other pubs in the town, as less and less people would be out in the area. This place is already becoming a ghost town with the closure of more and more shops and it is totally unacceptable that a small group of people can determine the future of a place that has been around for over 35 YEARS!! We need as many people joining this group as possible! We would also appreciate any messages you fancy sending to our inbox on facebook, even if they are critical. We will take everything onboard and use all the good comments in evidence at the hearing. BE AWARE - if this neighbour gets his way, The Club could end up being closed over Christmas!!! NOT ON! We will do EVERYTHING in our power for this not to happen, all we ask is that you help us to save your nightclub! Thanks!
