This is a new era and slavery has ended over 150 years ago. We don’t need anything reminding us of the suffering our African Americans ancestors had to endure.

I lived here all my life Until some years ago and this was a reminder. I think it should be removed bc we don’t need a reminder of the past, we live it everyday. Remove it so our present and future can be without a reminder of the past and be brighter.
