I have had the pleasure of knowing this family and they are absolutely outstanding. A community is lucky to have them and hearing this news is deeply saddening. They are hard working and wonderful parents.

Deporting that family because a developmental a disability in a child you got to be joking how stupid and heartless are those people in contro anyway? Only as a result of Mr Trump coming into power has more people crossed into canada. There was never any real issue when Mr. Obuma was in power was ther? So do not blame the people blame Mr. Tump and his policy. You talking about a child with a disability what has this country come to when those with a disability is looked down on.

No family should be turned away when they need help like this. Thie denial of citizenship for the family due to the child's medical needs is a human rig violation and discrimination. This is NOT what Canadians stand for

This is truly pathetic!! When people can illegally walk across the border during the winter, be allowed to stay and have all their medical costs taken care of. Some remain a burden on society and these people who are giving to society and helping are being sent back???!!! Shame on Canada!!

Canda is as silly as Australia on this issue. We could have lost a dedicated nurse and several rural doctors because the kids had disabilites

Why allow people crossing our border illegally at Emerson Manitoba with frozen and amputated fingers to stay and not this family? This does not sound fair.
