I totally agree, I don’t understand where the money is going. Because we don’t have a nice entrance. Our entrance look like this subdivision is 10 to 15 years old. We have high crime in the neighborhood. When I purchase my home, I was promise that we would have a security gate or security riding through. Etc. now our cars are getting broken into, along with our homes. So I agree with this petition...

I agree about the increase of the fees. I was one of the original owners when there were fewer homes and still paying the same fee today. Cannot understand with less homes, why more.

I am in agreement with this petition. I am only concerned that in dropping the current management company they will pack up and leave with the funds/assets they have already collected from the “paying” HOA members and we will have to start from square one with another who will need another set of funds to get the ball rolling again. I am not sure what kind of contractual agreement exclusive has with our community but I would hate to see total lapse in care of our community while we sort it out and they take off with whatever funds they have collected.

Exclusive is not following through on any of their promises and it is sad. I refuse to pay $150.00
